OTP

Step 1

From docCentral login page, enter your agency email (e.g. abc@agency.gov.sg) and click "Sign in with OTP".

Step 2

Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email and click "Submit OTP".

The email could be sent to your "Inbox (External)" or "Junk Mail", so check those mailboxes if you have not received your OTP.

Do note that it might take up to 10 minutes for you to receive your OTP.

Step 3

You will be redirected to your docCentral dashboard.
